Meet Schatzie & Scooby – A Dynamic Duo!

We are thrilled to introduce two of our newest puppies in training: Schatzie and Scooby, who arrived early this summer through our with Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN).

Schatzie was named by the KAHR Foundation, whose generous grant this spring is helping us move our mission forward in meaningful ways. And fittingly, Schatzie is full of spice and spirit! She approaches life at full speed—always curious, always eager, and already showing exciting potential in her training. With a keen nose and a natural enthusiasm, we are especially hopeful about her promise in Diabetic Alert work.

Her brother Scooby brings a lovely contrast. Calm, thoughtful, and easygoing Scooby has a wonderfully balanced temperament. While Schatzie charges ahead, Scooby takes his time and watches the world with a quiet curiosity.

Their personalities may be night and day, but together, they make the perfect pair— each reminding us of the unique strengths every dog brings to their training journey.
